Have you been personally victimized by CSU’s “peak rates”?

Our utilities board has enthusiastically estimated an unprecedented and extremely high energy demand for the next 20 years, as compared to the last 20 years.
We don’t know if CSU just doesn’t realize how expensive they’ve made paying for electricity in the springs, but if they’re not careful, they’re going to start pricing out the people. CSU was supposed to be for the people. When did that change?
